Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 18 October 2026
CalcKite is free to use. To keep it that way, we earn money in the following ways. We want you to know exactly how.
1. Display advertising
We show ads served by Google AdSense and possibly other ad networks. Ads are labelled "Advertisement". Advertisers do not choose or influence our calculators, results or content, and we do not endorse products shown in ads.
2. Affiliate links
Some links to products and services (for example travel eSIMs, VPNs, money-transfer and financial services) are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate offers are labelled "Partner offer" or "Sponsored".
3. Sponsored placements
Brands may pay to have an offer or promo code featured on relevant pages or on our Deals page. Paid placements are always labelled "Sponsored".
4. Our independence
- Calculator formulas and results are never changed for advertisers, sponsors or affiliate partners.
- Payments do not buy a positive review or a recommendation.
- We only feature offers we believe may be useful to our visitors, but you should always compare options and read the provider's terms before buying.
- Promo codes and discounts are set by the provider and can change or expire without notice.
5. Compliance
This disclosure is made in line with advertising disclosure rules such as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA/CAP Code) and the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines.
